It is well priced. It is an incredibly beautiful and comfortable property located in Kartika Plaza district very close to shops, waterbom park and restaurants, and all the great areas of Kuta.

The location of the hotel is superb, with a wide range of shopping centers and restaurants just a stone's throw away. The airport is conveniently close, making the journey hassle-free. The resort's beautiful gardens provide a lovely atmosphere.

The aging of the whole complex has slightly spoiled the overall experience.

We really liked the beach location and the boardwalk area.

The rooms were a bit tired and the service by the majority of staff (Front counter, bar and some restaurant staff) was very poor. We had to wait a long time and they seemed uninterested in serving us.

The best thing for me was siting on the lounge chairs relaxing and overlooking the ocean. Then being waited on by the wonderful staff with drinks and food.

The breakfast bar was quite basic, but the pancakes were great.

Cheap and neat rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Friendly service, free parking available on site...

The place was reasonably priced. All in all everything was really good, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay of a bali holiday. We booked a superior king room with beautiful garden outlook from our large balcony and appreciated it. Everyone who worked there was very hard working and service-oriented. Our hotel was in an unbeatable location on the beach close to everything.

Superbly friendly staff members, stunning location right by the beach out of the hustle & bustle of Kuta, Waterbom Park and Discovery Mall and beautiful tropical gardens. Enjoyable and gorgeous breakfast, lots of meals.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in one of the best locations we have ever experienced. The hotel is right on the beach and offers a beautiful walk along the waterfront. The breakfast had a good selection of food and the coffee by the pool was amazing. The attached restaurants served really good food, and we ate in the hotel multiple times, which is not something we normally do. The hotel's cost was comparative to eating outside. The staff were friendly and provided great service, with friendly waitresses always smiling and offering coffee or tea. The hotel's gardens had a lovely outlook, and the pools and outdoor day spa area were a plus. We also liked the idea of having a 'no kids' pool area. this hotel offered cleanliness, great facilities, and a convenient location for shopping and enjoying the beach.

Can honestly say, there wasn't anything not to like.

Absolutely loved the pools and the restaurants at Bali Garden Beach Resort. The staff were friendly, the service was great, and the cocktails and food was very enjoyable. Location was great and central to everything in Kuta.

Initially we were put in an unrenovated room, even though i requested when i checked in that we get a renovated room. The first room was disgusting, and had we not have been moved to one of the new rooms, we would've checked out.

Bali Garden Beach Resort in Kuta is worth every penny. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the resort's location right on the beach was incredible. The staff treated us with great warmth and always went above and beyond to assist us.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.

Rooms are very basic- no hairdryer, no mini bar, no hand towels, no kettle for tea/coffee, air conditioner very noisy.

Bali Garden is a very pleasant hotel with a nice garden and swimming pool. I liked the breakfeast room, the direct access to Kuta Beach, the large and clean bedroom and its balcony. Internet is speed and cheap. Good location very close from the main shopping mall, the water park, the market street and the beach.

The hotel is a little bit far from the main clubs of Jalan Legian (Bounty, Sky Garden or VI AI PI). The best way is to take a taxi motorbike to go there, because the traffic is crasy at night in Legian.

During our stay at a resort in Bali, we requested a room change due to my partner feeling ill. The staff at the resort were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring my partner's comfort was addressed promptly. The level of hospitality we received could not be faulted. I highly recommend this resort.

Good location. Very nice gardens and pool areas. Bedroom newly refurbished. Breakfast good quality, though limited variety.

Bathroom needs to be refurburbished and limited hot water.
